The 80 hectare park is considered a regional park anticipated to attract visitors beyond the city boundaries The park includes two key areas:

1. A naturalistic forested environment with a large lake, and
2. A series of themed gardens depicting traditional gardens from various countries. A central walkway was designed to provide a connection between these two key areas.
